Big day is April 16th 2009

The trip starts on April 16th 2009. I still have a lot of planning and training to do. Look for future posts, once the trip starts I will try to update once a week.

Hey Aaron. I finally got signed up to follow your blog. Nice pictures. Cannot wait to see more. Hope you aren't freezing your butt off. Looks like Burns is coming up. Ha Ha, I don't even know if you are going to Burns. Will have to look at the map. Hope you are doing well and having a good time.

Aaron, OK...you get back to civilization (Burns, OR) after a 73 mile previous day and your first stop is McDonald's. Not the hot springs a mile down the road, not a library so you can post your adventures to your blog, but Mickie D's. Do they have a dollar menu in Burns?

Hi Aaron,
This is the 3rd time I've tried to post a comment. Hopefully we're getting this figured out. We love the pictures. We had Danny on the line a few minutes ago and shared some laughs. He said your tracker showed you camping in the middle of the road last night. What a day you had yesterday, 73 miles!!! I did Robie Creek today, made record time, 3 hrs. 5 minutes not counting my potty break. Love you

Hi Aaron,
Wow, another 70 + mile day yesterday, way to go. One of these days I may try and post our picture like Danny. Take care and have a great few days until you are back within WiFi range.
